FRANS PLAGGENBURG
Founder & Chairman
Frans has been working in the oilfield since 1985 in a variety of functions in over 15 countries. He works and lives between Dubai and France with his family since 1996 and has specialised in tailor-made private equity and angel investments over the last 15 years.

KEVIN PLAGGENBURG
Founder & CEO
Kevin has worked on a number of investment projects worldwide and is managing MK Investment Services from offices in Dubai. In his position as CEO, Kevin is in charge of the company’s overall strategy and execution of board policy for the development of the company and any subsidiaries.

Marc is in charge of implementing MK’s strategy through planning, organizing, directing and managing specific projects as tasked by the CEO to ensure the projects are completed within budget and in a timely manner.
